Last Generation Tech ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Flash Routes mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register. Photos and address lists: Images you upload or capture with your camera so our AI can extract names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses into organized stop lists. Route and stop data: The routes, stops, delivery details, incident reports, and notes you create, including contact details for recipients and emergency contacts. Location data: When you use navigation features, addresses are converted to coordinates to calculate optimized routes. We do not track your real-time GPS location. Payment information: If you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix). We do not store your full card number on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Create and manage your account and subscription.
• Convert photos into organized, optimized delivery and bus route lists using AI.
• Send email notifications about stop completions, deliveries, and incident reports to contacts you designate.
• Provide in-app navigation links to external map services.
• Maintain records for organizations that sponsor your access through coupon codes.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.

4. Information We Share

We do not sell your information. We share data only as necessary to provide the service:

• AI processing: Uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider to extract text data.
• Mapping services: Addresses are sent to mapping/geocoding services to calculate routes and provide navigation links.
• Email notifications: Stop and incident notifications are sent to the email addresses you enter for recipients and emergency contacts.
• Organization sponsors: If you join through an organization coupon code, the organization's administrators may see that you have access.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, payments, and analytics who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. Children's Privacy

Flash Routes is used by schools and transportation providers to organize bus routes that may include information about minors (student names and addresses). The App is intended for use by authorized adults — drivers, school staff, and transportation coordinators — not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been entered into the App without authorization, please contact us so we can review and remove it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your route and stop data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual routes or stops at any time within the App. When you cancel your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access and review the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your routes, stops, and account data.
• Withdraw consent for notifications by removing contact details from your stops.
• Cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The App provides links to external navigation services (such as Google Maps) for your convenience. Once you leave the App, you are subject to the privacy policy and terms of that external service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the App and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
