User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Flash Routes, you agree to the terms of this agreement. Flash Routes provides tools to help organize delivery routes, bus lists, and mail runs from photos and addresses you provide. Every user must accept and agree to this User Agreement before using the app.
2. Ownership and Copyright
The app Flash Routes is owned by Last Generation Tech and is copyrighted by Last Generation Tech. All rights, title, and interest in and to the app, its name, content, and design are the exclusive property of Last Generation Tech.
3. Licensing
This app can be licensed only by the owner of this app, Last Generation Tech. No other party is granted any right to license, sublicense, resell, or distribute the app without the express written permission of Last Generation Tech.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to Flash Routes is based on a subscription of $10 per month. There is no contract, and you may cancel your subscription whenever you want. Canceling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
5. No Liability for Accidents or Injury
Flash Routes is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur while using the app or following any route, direction, or stop order it suggests. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws. Never interact with the app while driving.
6. No Liability for Misdelivered Packages
Flash Routes is not responsible for any packages wrongfully dropped off, delivered to the wrong address, or otherwise mishandled. The app organizes information you provide but does not guarantee the accuracy of any address, label, or stop detail.
7. Always Double-Check Before Drop-Off
You must always double-check the package, address, and recipient before dropping off any delivery. Verify the label, street number, and any delivery instructions independently. The user bears full responsibility for confirming that each package reaches the correct destination.
8. Use at Your Own Risk
All routes, stop orders, and navigation suggestions are provided "as is" for convenience only and may contain errors. Use your own judgment and local knowledge at all times.
